Proposed Activities on the Road Corridor Bylaw 2022

Here is a reminder to industry that the focus groups are now open for registration. AT will be holding four public sessions, and the one for Events and Filming is on 15th February follow the link below for registration:

Activities on the Road Corridor Bylaw 2022, which is administered by Auckland Transport (AT), is going out for public consultation over the next few weeks: 27 January until 20 February.

Filming activities are within scope of the proposed bylaw.

This is separate from but aligned with the Trade, Events and Filming in Public Places Bylaw 2022, which was publicly consulted on in the middle of last year.

Screen Auckland would love to see screen industry have its say and are reaching out to key guilds and industry groups involved in location filming and advocacy in Auckland.

Please see the two links below for information from AT to find out how you can be involved over the next few weeks. There are a number of different ways to provide your feedback, including an online survey, online Q&A sessions on 27 January and requesting an industry focus group.
