2020 Annual General Meetings

  • 23 Sep 2020
  • 19:00 - 21:00

  • The SIGANZ AGM is open to members only.

Registration is closed

The Screen Industry Guild represents you, and this AGM is your opportunity to have a say, thank the hard working volunteers and staff, and once the formalities are over, to catch up with other members.

There will be reports from the president, executive officer and treasurer, and you will hear what we have been doing on your behalf.

As usual, we'll be electing committee members and it works best if we have a diverse range of people of all experience levels and crew areas.

Once the meeting is over drinks and nibbles will be served.

  • Nominations for president and vice president closed on 9 Sept. Advance nominations for branch committees are also closed.
  • 16 Sept: Final notice including nominations and agenda emailed.
  • 22 Sept 7pm: Online proxy registrations and apologies close.
  • 23 Sep 7pm: AGM held.

  • Auckland venue: Zoom meeting online due to Covid requirements. (Your registration confirmation email and reminder email will contain the link).
  • Christchurch venue: Madam Woo / Little High / Rod Thompson 255 Saint Asaph Street, Christchurch Central 8011
  • Queenstown venue: Sherwood Hotel Production Office - 554 Frankton Road, Queenstown 9300
  • Wellington venue: Avalon TV Studios 41 Percy Cameron St, Avalon, Lower Hutt 5011

You will need to log in to see the above documents.

  • The current president Brendon Durey and current vice-president Sioux MacDonald will be standing for reelection. No other nominations for those positions have been received and nominations have closed.
