The AGM is an important opportunity for members to hear from the executive, and to have their say.
Due to Alert Levels disruptions our plan is to hold Auckland and Wellington meetings on Zoom, and Christchurch and Queenstown meetings in person.
The zoom meetings links and the physical venues will be confirmed to you by email on Tuesday, a day before the meetings, and after the next round of government announcements on alert levels.
The agenda includes reports from the president, executive officer and treasurer, and you will hear what we have been doing on your behalf.
At the recommendation of our accountants, the AGM will consider a minor rule change so that we don't have to go to the expense of auditing the financial reports unless members demand it.
As usual, we'll be electing committee members and it works best if we have a diverse range of people of all experience levels and crew areas.
Once the meeting is over drinks and nibbles will be served (if you are in a Zoom meeting you will have to do that yourself!)
